Every week, from Monday to Thursday, enjoy Beach Lounge Sessions starting at 4 PM and Golden Evenings from 8 PM, featuring live DJs, acoustic sets, and smooth jazz, perfectly paired with refreshing drinks and views of the sun dipping into the Adriatic.

August Weekly Highlights

Right from the start of the month, the lineup is full of flavor and rhythm.

  • August 1st at 9 PM – Groove Mania Show: a high-energy dance performance with funky tunes.
  • August 2nd at 9 PM – Glamour House Project: a classy DJ set enhanced with live saxophone and guitar.
  • August 8th at 9 PM – Noche Cubana: Cuban salsa meets cocktails in a fiery night, with a full Gringos Bar takeover.
  • August 9th at 9 PM – Cabaret Style Dance Show: glamorous, bold, and full of vintage flair.

Pair the music with fresh sushi platters, fusion bowls & bites, and cocktails like our signature Golden Sunset, created to reflect the glow of the evening sky.

Golden Vibes Festival (August 14th – 17th)

A standout in the summer calendar, the Golden Vibes Festival delivers four nights of pure seaside magic.

  • August 14th at 9 PM – Festival opens with a spectacular Fireshow by the sea
  • August 15th:
    – Tropical Bongos by Dos Marineros at 4 PM
    – Cabaret Style Dance Show at 9 PM
  • August 16th at 9 PM – Rhythm & Heat: an explosion of sound and movement featuring DJs, dancers, and flames
  • August 17th:
    – Apres Sun Brunch at 11 AM – fresh bites, chilled drinks & soft beats
    – Golden Festival Finale at 9 PM – sunset dancers and deep grooves to close out the vibe

All events are set on our open-air terrace with a front-row view of the Zadar sunset, complemented by Asian specialties from the kitchen and ice-cold signature drinks.

Late Summer Events

The celebration doesn’t end with the festival — August closes in style with:

Summer 2025 in Zadar is kicking off in style! The grand opening of Golden Restaurant & Bar, a brand-new seaside destination for exotic cuisine, refreshing cocktails and feel-good energy, will take place on July 4 at 8:00 PM on the spacious terrace of the Congress & Event Center Zadar.

Exciting Evening at Golden Restaurant & Bar!

We are looking forward to a special performance by guest DJ Daddy Cool, an electric violin show by the talented Polina Shooke, a dance performance by Polina Mytko, and an impressive fire show that will light up the night. Enjoy refreshing drinks featuring Astoria sparkling wine, which will also be served as a welcome drink. For extra fun and unforgettable memories, we offer a photo point with an illuminated wing wall, a 360° camera, and a prize game. The evening will end with a spectacular fireworks display.

Asian-inspired cuisine with a modern twist

Starting at 4 PM with lounge music and continuing from 9 PM with live performances, the entertainment lineup includes local favorites such as DJ Ante Dujić, DJ Filip Rušin and DJ Sandro, as well as themed nights like Noche Cubana, Glamour House Project, Cabaret, jazz evenings, acoustic sets, dance performances and fire shows.

Multimedia Without Compromise: Lav Projekt Delivers Cutting-Edge Technology to Hotel Pinija

We have recently unveiled our latest project – the Congress & Event Center Zadar, architecturally unique, circular-design venue that represents one of the most modern congress facilities in the Zadar region.

Lav Projekt: Integrated Technology for a Superior Experience

The center features two multifunctional halls with a total capacity of up to 600 participants, as well as a ground-floor Bar & Restaurant that perfectly blends professional and social environments.

Both halls are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including LCD projectors, high-quality sound systems, and multimedia equipment. The entire system integration was carried out by Lav Projekt, a company specializing in advanced audiovisual solutions.

Donat Congress Hall

On the first floor is the Donat Hall, with a maximum capacity of 355 people in theater setup, ideal for congresses, conferences, and wedding celebrations. On the ground floor is the Forum Hall, with a maximum capacity of 295 people, which can be divided into four smaller rooms using movable partitions – perfect for meetings, seminars and workshops.

A 3.84 x 1.92 m LED video wall has been installed in Donat Hall, serving as a high-resolution main presentation screen. A VC-TR40 AI Auto-Tracking camera provides high-quality video streaming and recording from multiple angles, further enhancing the professionalism of every event.

In the foyer outside the hall, a 32” AllSee Digital Signage display informs guests about event schedules and room names.

The audio system includes ceiling speakers, ambient microphones, wireless microphone systems, and audio connection panels, all monitored and controlled from a dedicated technical control room.

Forum Hall is equipped with a 2.88 x 1.92 m LED video wall, as well as 98” LCD screens on mobile EDBAK TR18 stands that allow flexible space configurations. For added interactivity, there are also 75” AllSee PT75J interactive LCD displays on mobile stands. The audio system in Forum Hall matches that of Donat Hall—RCF sound system and wireless microphone solutions.

Multimedia Premiere at the UHPA Days 2025

The complete multimedia system was used for the first time during the UHPA Days 2025, a three-day professional gathering of leading travel agencies from across Croatia, supported by the Croatian National Tourist Board. This significant event also marked the official opening of the Congress & Event Center Zadar, giving Zadar a modern space for hosting conferences, congresses, and other business events.

We extend our thanks to the Lav Projekt team for their expert and precise integration of high-end equipment, which is essential for the functionality, high-level presentations, and overall experience of our new congress center.

Reception

The new reception and spacious entrance area with an elegant living room are the result of collaboration with renowned interior designer Edita Geci (Studio Exclusive Design).

The combination of natural materials, warm colors, and contemporary details has created a space where guests feel comfortable and welcome from the first moment.

The new lobby is dominated by a Mediterranean spirit, permeated with light and the scent of pine trees. Special attention has been paid to comfort for families with children, couples, and individual guests.

With more seating areas, relaxation areas, and improved guest flow, the lobby is now the focal point of the hotel experience.

Hotel Pinija opens new Congress & Event Center Zadar

On March 28, 2025, Hotel Pinija in Petrčane, near Zadar, celebrated the grand opening of its new Congress & Event Center Zadar, marking a significant enhancement to the region’s business and event infrastructure.

Nestled within a serene pine forest along the Adriatic coast, the center boasts a distinctive circular design that harmoniously blends with its natural surroundings.

Hotel Pinija’s Congress & Event Center Zadar offers two modern, multifunctional halls designed to accommodate a variety of events:

Donat Hall: Situated on the first floor, Donat Hall covers 348 m² and accommodates up to 355 guests. It boasts expansive glass walls that offer a captivating sea view, providing a serene and inspiring setting for various events.

Forum Hall: Located on the ground floor, this hall spans 283 m² and can host up to 295 attendees. It’s ideal for conferences, seminars, and workshops.

The opening coincided with the UHPA Days 2025, a prominent gathering of tourism professionals, further emphasizing the center’s role in advancing Croatia’s MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector.
