Plitvice Lakes National Park

Plitvice Lakes National Park is the oldest and most well-known national park in Croatia and not surprisingly that in 1979 UNESCO proclaimed it as World Natural Heritage Site. Special are the 16 connected lakes of the park and the falls that were created by the precipitation of travertine barriers. The landscape of the park is complemented by rich flora and fauna as well as clean mountain air.

The experience of a three-hour walk through the park is completed by an electric boat and train ride. The lakes will enchant every visitor with their dark blue-green color, and each new visit will be a unique experience of nature, beauty and power!
