Events That Marked the Spring MICE Season

Over the past period, our congress centre has hosted a series of significant congresses, forums, professional gatherings and team building events, including the TouRisk Conference, Adriatic Nautical Business Forum, events for Groupama, Metro, Hrvatski Telekom, the HIIR Conference, as well as gatherings from the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.

We are especially pleased that some congresses and professional gatherings were held in our spaces for the very first time. For us, this is a great recognition, but also a confirmation that organisers increasingly recognise the value of a location that brings together modern congress infrastructure, accommodation, gastronomy and an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.

This year’s spring events opened a range of current topics shaping modern business and the development of various industries. The focus was on challenges and transformations in tourism, travel safety and sustainability, risk management in the tourism sector, the development of the nautical sector, health-related topics, as well as the importance of education and continuous exchange of professional knowledge.

The Congress & Event Center Zadar, located within Hotel Pinija, offers modern and multifunctional halls suitable for conferences, seminars, gala dinners, and other business events. The center features an innovative circular design and two main halls:

Donat Hall spans 348 m² and can accommodate up to 355 participants. Its circular, modern design with large glass walls allows for abundant natural light and spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the Zadar archipelago. Ideal for large congresses and conferences, the hall is equipped with state-of-the-art technical support, including an LED video wall, microphone set, professional sound system, and wireless internet, with the possibility of additional technical assistance as needed.

Forum Hall covers 283 m² and can host up to 295 participants. This multifunctional space features movable partitions, allowing flexible adaptation into smaller rooms for meetings and seminars with fewer participants. The hall is equipped with an LED video wall, microphone set, sound system, and wireless internet, with additional technical support available as required.

In addition to the main halls, the center offers smaller event spaces within the hotel:

Riva Hall – 172 m², located on the first floor of Hotel Pinija, suitable for lectures, seminars, and other professional events, with a capacity of up to 150 people.
Foša Hall – 87 m², situated in the outdoor section of the hotel, ideal for smaller conferences, meetings, or seminars, with a capacity of up to 70 people.
Business Corner – a 20 m² space within the hotel, perfect for small meetings, consultations, or online calls, accommodating up to 12 participants.
