Over the past period, our congress centre has hosted a series of significant congresses, forums, professional gatherings and team building events, including the TouRisk Conference, Adriatic Nautical Business Forum, events for Groupama, Metro, Hrvatski Telekom, the HIIR Conference, as well as gatherings from the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.

We are especially pleased that some congresses and professional gatherings were held in our spaces for the very first time. For us, this is a great recognition, but also a confirmation that organisers increasingly recognise the value of a location that brings together modern congress infrastructure, accommodation, gastronomy and an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.

This year’s spring events opened a range of current topics shaping modern business and the development of various industries. Exceptional acoustics and audio clarity are ensured by a professional sound system with wireless microphones and precise speaker placement — equally suitable for speeches, panel discussions, or live performances.

A mobile multimedia station with modern connectors allows for quick and easy laptop or device connections, while an LCD info screen in the foyer displays welcome messages and event schedules.

Using SDVoE signal transmission technology, Donat can be connected to the Forum Hall or external displays in real time — without any loss in image or sound quality. Meanwhile, the technical team operates everything from a central control room equipped with touchscreen panels and multiview screens.

Thanks to its movable partitions, Forum can be divided into up to four smaller meeting rooms, allowing multiple sessions to take place simultaneously or creating a more intimate atmosphere as needed.

Technically, the Forum offers the same high standard as Donat. It’s equipped with a professional projection system, premium sound equipment, wireless microphones, and an integrated lighting and presentation control system. The LAV Projekt technology enables full audio-visual connectivity between Forum and Donat, ensuring real-time streaming and coordination across spaces.

With its excellent acoustics and modular layout, Forum is suitable for conferences, training sessions, cocktail events, and even car presentations, as vehicles can be driven directly into the hall — making it a top choice for automotive launches and product unveilings.

Forum Hall is particularly suitable for workshops, corporate trainings, and panel discussions. In its full configuration, it can accommodate a larger number of participants with a comfortable seating arrangement. The neutral interior tones, acoustic wall panels, and modern lighting design create a professional yet pleasant atmosphere that encourages focus, collaboration, and productivity.

Multimedia Without Compromise: Lav Projekt Delivers Cutting-Edge Technology to Hotel Pinija

We have recently unveiled our latest project – the Congress & Event Center Zadar, architecturally unique, circular-design venue that represents one of the most modern congress facilities in the Zadar region.

Lav Projekt: Integrated Technology for a Superior Experience

The center features two multifunctional halls with a total capacity of up to 600 participants, as well as a ground-floor Bar & Restaurant that perfectly blends professional and social environments.

Both halls are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including LCD projectors, high-quality sound systems, and multimedia equipment. The entire system integration was carried out by Lav Projekt, a company specializing in advanced audiovisual solutions.

On the first floor is the Donat Hall, with a maximum capacity of 355 people in theater setup, ideal for congresses, conferences, and wedding celebrations. On the ground floor is the Forum Hall, with a maximum capacity of 295 people, which can be divided into four smaller rooms using movable partitions – perfect for meetings, seminars and workshops.

A 3.84 x 1.92 m LED video wall has been installed in Donat Hall, serving as a high-resolution main presentation screen. A VC-TR40 AI Auto-Tracking camera provides high-quality video streaming and recording from multiple angles, further enhancing the professionalism of every event.

In the foyer outside the hall, a 32” AllSee Digital Signage display informs guests about event schedules and room names.

The audio system includes ceiling speakers, ambient microphones, wireless microphone systems, and audio connection panels, all monitored and controlled from a dedicated technical control room.

Forum Hall is equipped with a 2.88 x 1.92 m LED video wall, as well as 98” LCD screens on mobile EDBAK TR18 stands that allow flexible space configurations. For added interactivity, there are also 75” AllSee PT75J interactive LCD displays on mobile stands. The audio system in Forum Hall matches that of Donat Hall—RCF sound system and wireless microphone solutions.

Multimedia Premiere at the UHPA Days 2025

The complete multimedia system was used for the first time during the UHPA Days 2025, a three-day professional gathering of leading travel agencies from across Croatia, supported by the Croatian National Tourist Board. This significant event also marked the official opening of the Congress & Event Center Zadar, giving Zadar a modern space for hosting conferences, congresses, and other business events.
